To consider a report of the Acting Director of Legal and Democratic Services

The Acting Director of Legal and Democratic Services and Monitoring Officer submitted a report recommending a number of changes to the Financial Procedure Rules which form part of the Council’s Constitution.

RESOLVED –

(1)        That the amended Financial Procedure Rules be approved.

(2)        That the Acting Director of Legal and Democratic Services be authorised to amend the Constitution of the Council in accordance with and as a consequence of this decision.
