Trafford Private Hire Driver - allegation of assault and of driving inconsistent with the standards expected of a Trafford licensed driver. Minutes: The Head of Regulatory Services submitted a report requesting Members to consider a complaint of assault from a cyclist.
The Sub-Committee considered whether the level of driving exhibited by Mr. S. A was consistent with the standards of driving expected of a Trafford licenced driver.
The Sub-Committee also considered Mr. S. A’s behaviour and whether it was consistent with the behaviour required of him as a Trafford Council Private Hire Driver.
The Sub –Committee concluded that Mr. S.A. was not a fit and proper person to hold a Private Hire driver’s licence.
RESOLVED: That Mr. S. A’s Private Hire driver’s licence be revoked. |
