The Head of Regulatory Services submitted a report informing Members of an application for the grant of a premises licence for My India Street Food Limited, 3-5 Barton Road, Stretford M32 9FA which had attracted representations from Environmental Protection, Trafford Council and local residents against the grant of a licence.

 

All parties present at the hearing were invited to address the Sub-Committee.

 

Representations were made in support of the application by Mr G. Singh, the applicant.  Representations were made against the application by Mrs Hall, Environmental Health Officer and Mrs Ainsworth, Local Resident.

 

RESOLVED –

 

(1)          That the application by Mr. Singh for a grant of a premises licence for My India Street Food Limited be granted subject to compliance with the conditions outlined in the decision notice.

 

(2)          That the issue of the Licence be delegated to the Head of Regulatory Services.

The Sub-Committee decided that the representations received from local residents and Environmental Services are relevant representations.

 

To grant a premises licence for My India Street Food Limited as follows:-

Monday to Thursday                       11:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs

Friday and Saturday                        11:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs

Sunday                                              11:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs

 

Premises Opening Hours

Monday to Thursday                       11:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs

Friday and Saturday                        11:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs

Sunday                                              11:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs

 

Conditions

Any mandatory conditions which must be included under the Licensing Act 2003.

 

Additional Conditions

The premises shall install and maintain a CCTV system in a secure part of the licensed premises and in accordance with the minimum requirements of the Police Licensing Officer.  All entry and exit points in the premises will be covered enabling facial recognition to an evidential standard.

 

The CCTV system shall continually record and be fully operational whilst the premise is open for licensable activites and during all times when customers remain on the premises.  All recordings shall be stored and kept available and unedited for a minimum of 31 days with date and time stamping.  Recordings

shall be made available immediately upon the request of Police or authorised officer throughout the 31 day period in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
