The Head of Regulatory Services submitted a report informing Members of an application received from Cote Restaurant Limited for the variation of a Premises Licence, Cote Restaurant Limited, 183 Ashley Road, Hale, which had been varied following comments from local residents.
RESOLVED –
(1) That the application by Cote Restaurant Limited for the variation of a Premises Licence for Cote Restaurant Limited, 183 Ashley Road, Hale, in respect of an amendment to the layout plans, be granted, as detailed in the decision notice below.
(2) That the issue of the Licence be delegated to the Head of Regulatory Services.

The Licensing Sub-Committee granted the variation to the licence regarding the amendment to the layout plans.
SUB-COMMITTEE’S REASONS FOR REACHING ITS DECISION
The applicant’s solicitor agreed to withdraw the request for “removal of conditions” from the proposed application.

Representations were made on behalf of the application by the applicant, Ms. Rostaing and her Business Partner, Mr Delloee.
RESOLVED –
(1) That the application by Ms. E. Rostaing for a Premises License for Riddles Emporium, 35 Regent Road, Altrincham, be granted, subject to compliance with the conditions outlined in the decision notice below.
