Minutes: The Corporate Director of Place submitted a report requesting Members to consider an application for the grant of a premises licence for 122 Flixton Road, Urmston, M41 5BG which had attracted representations from local residents.
All parties present at the hearing were invited to address the Sub-Committee.
Representations were made on behalf of the applicant by Mr. Fletcher and against the application by local residents.
RESOLVED –
(1) That the application by Mr. Fletcher for the grant of a premises licence for 122 Flixton Road, Urmston, M41 5BG be granted, subject to compliance with the conditions outlined in the decision notice.
(2) That the issue of the licence be delegated to the Corporate Director of Place.

The Sub-Committee decided that the representations received from local residents are relevant representations.
To grant a premises licence as follows:-

Late Night Refreshment (indoors only) Friday to Saturday 23:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs
Opening Hours Sunday to Thursday 11:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs Friday to Saturday 11:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs
Conditions
Any mandatory conditions which must be included under the Licensing Act 2003.
Additional Conditions
A 30 minute drinking up and meal finishing ti me on last permitted sale time on alcohol so premises are vacated on time.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
a) Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
b) The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.
c) An incident log book will be maintained by the premises that details incidents of note that occur in the premises, including any complaints made to the Designated Premises Supervisor.
