Objection from Environmental Health to two Temporary Event Notices applied for by Station Bar & Grill, 25-29 Station Road, Urmston, M41 9JG
The Head of Regulatory Services submitted a report informing Members of an application by Station Bar & Grill Limited for two Temporary Event Notices which had attracted an objection from the Environmental Health Team, Trafford Council.
All parties present at the hearing were invited to address the Sub-Committee.
Representations were made in support of the application by Mr. M. Keskin, Director, Station Bar & Grill Limited and against the application by Mr. P. Belfield, Environmental Health Officer.
RESOLVED: That the two Temporary Event Notices be granted as outlined in the decision notices.

Condition
Noise limiters shall be installed in the restaurant and function room through which all amplified sound must be played
