Prior to 25^th May 2016 the Committee was known as the Planning Development Control Committee following the Annual Meeting of Council the Committee has been renamed the Planning and Development Management Committee.

The Planning Development Control Committee considers and determines all applications in relation to Planning and Development Control in the Borough which are not covered by the Council’s Scheme of Delegation.

Any person wishing to photograph, film or audio-record a public meeting are requested to inform Democratic Services in order that necessary arrangements can be made for the meeting.
