1. That approval be given for Trafford Council to extend the licences to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for a site on Moss View Road School Site, Partington, and a site on 11^th Ave Care Park Site, Trafford Park, for a further 6 month period.

2. That the Corporate Director for Place be authorised to agree any minor amendments that may be required to be made to the terms in order to facilitate the grant of a licence and to agree any further extensions up to a total of 6 months in addition to the extension in (1.).

3. That the Corporate Director of Governance and Community Strategy be authorised to enter into any legal documents required to facilitate the appropriate transactions.

4. That this decision be considered urgent and exempted from the 'call-in' process.
