The report will provide a summary of the HS2 Growth Strategy, which is being prepared jointly by Trafford Council, Manchester City Council and Transport for Greater Manchester. It will set out a strategy for the proposed Manchester Airport and Piccadilly stations, outlining how the stations will act as a catalyst for growth across Greater Manchester. The report will also seek approval for the Strategy to be submitted to CLG.
