Article 4 Direction: Removing Permitted Development Rights for Change of Use to HMOs - HMOs – NOT NOW A KEY DECISION FOR EXECUTIVE
The Executive’s authority will be sought to use powers available to the Council under the Town and Country Planning Acts to require planning permission to be sought in all cases for the change of use of a property from a dwelling to a House in Multiple Occupation, i.e. a borough-wide removal of permitted development rights.
