EXECUTIVE KEY DECISION – EXECUTIVE MEETING 25 NOVEMBER 2019
The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012
Notice of Intention to take Key Decision without 28-Day Notice
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 10 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that it was impracticable to give 28 days’ notice of the taking of the following decision, which is a Key Decision to be taken by the Executive at its meeting on 25th November 2019:
· Approval of the Trafford Together Locality Plan for Health and Social Care Sustainability and Reform
The reason for which it has been impracticable to give 28 days’ notice of this decision is as follows: The plan had initially been developed on the basis that it would be approved internally by both the Council and the Clinical Commissioning Group. On consideration of the document by the Joint Leadership Team which sits across both organisations and which met on 31 October 2019, it was felt that the document was significant in terms of the long term implications across the Borough of the delivery of the plan and should therefore be considered by the Executive. The document must be submitted to the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership by 29 November 2019, therefore, it will need to be considered by the Executive at its meeting on 25 November to enable that to occur.
The Chair of the Scrutiny Committee has been advised of this issue in accordance with Regulation 10.
