Members received for approval the draft Minutes of the Executive’s meeting held on 19^th September 2016. In discussion, the Leader of the Council advised that the meeting scheduled for 28^th November 2016 would be cancelled.

RESOLVED – That the Minutes of the meeting held on 16^th September 2016 be approved as a correct record.
