Councillor M. Young, as Chairman of the Scrutiny Committee, noted that the review, carried out by the Scrutiny Committee Task and Finish Group into the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Process in Trafford, had now been formally presented to the Executive for its consideration. A formal response was to be agreed by the Executive at this meeting; and this would be considered in detail by the Scrutiny Committee at its meeting on 5^th July, 2017.
