To consider a report of the ExecutiveMemberfor Environment, Air Quality and Climate Change.

1. Thattheupdatedhighways programme be approved, as setoutin the appendices tothe report.

2. That authority be delegated to the CorporateDirector,Place to makesubsequent minor changestothe agreedprogramme.

The ExecutiveMemberfor Environment, Air Quality and Climate Change submitted a report which set out proposalsfor the HighwayCapital Programmefor the remainder of 2018/19 arising from scheme cost changes, efficiencies or reprogramming of existing 2018/19 funding, whilst ensuring that capital funds werefullycommittedin orderto maintainthestandardoftheasset portfolio. In discussion, clarification was provided on the envisaged timescales for implementation of a number of schemes identified in the report.
