To note attendances, including Officers and any apologies for absence.

To receive and if so determined, to approve as a correct record the minutes of the Licensing Committee meeting held on 23 May 2018.

To note the membership, including Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Opposition Spokesperson of the Licensing Committee for the Municipal Year 2019/20.

To note the terms of reference for the Licensing Committee.

To appoint the membership of the following Sub-Committees and agree their terms of reference:-

(a)  Public Protection Sub-Committee

(b)  Licensing Sub-Committee

The Committee is requested to appoint the membership of the Safety at Sports Ground Sub-Committee as recommended by Council at its Annual Meeting held on Wednesday 22 May 2019 and agree their terms of reference.

Any other item or items which by reason of special circumstances (to be specified) the Chairman of the meeting is of the opinion should be considered at this meeting as a matter of urgency.
