of the meeting held on 20^th January, 2017.

RESOLVED: That the Minutes of the meeting held on 20^th January, 2017, be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

The Chief Executive submitted a report presenting the Annual Safety Report for the 2016 season and the General Safety Certificate for 2017 for Lancashire County Cricket Club. The Sub-Committee was advised that the General Safety Certificate had been approved by the Safety at Sports Grounds Advisory Group following receipt of an application from the Club.

The Vice-Chairman commented that the diligent work undertaken by Lancashire County Cricket Club was recognised and thanked the Club for all their sterling work and close liaison with the Council and other agencies.  He also acknowledged the importance of the Club as an international venue and expressed his satisfaction and confidence in how the Club is being operated. 

        RESOLVED: That the Annual Safety Report and the re-issue of the General Safety Certificate be noted.

        The Chief Executive submitted a report presenting the Annual Safety Report for 2016/2017 and the General Safety Certificate for 2017 for Sale Rugby Football Club.  The Sub-Committee was advised that the General Safety Certificate had been approved by the Safety at Sports Grounds Advisory Group following receipt of an application from the Club.

RESOLVED: That the Annual Safety Report and the re-issue of the General Safety Certificate be noted.

The Chief Executive submitted a report on the Stadium Accessibility Plans to provide additional seating and provision for disabled supporters at Old Trafford for the commencement of the 2017-18 season.
