Councillor Chilton declared a Personal Interest in Application 82525/O/2014, being a TfGM Committee member, however, he has had no involvement with the Application.]

Minutes:

The Head of Planning Services submitted a report concerning an application for planning permission for the demolition of portion of existing clubhouse and erection of a single storey link extension to provide new community room and kitchen.

RESOLVED: That planning permission be granted subject to the conditions now determined and to the following additional condition:-

6. With the exception of the evening events permitted within Condition 4 of this permission, there shall be no use of the Clubhouse building outside of the following hours:-

07:00 – 23:30 Monday to Friday

07:00 – 00:30 Saturdays

07:00 – 23:00 Sundays

To consider the attached report of the Contracts Director and Acting Head of Highways.

Minutes:

The Contracts Director and Acting Head of Highways submitted a report advising Members of an application made to the Secretary of State for Transport under S247 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 to stop up two areas of highway in Timperley, in order to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission 83734/FULL/2014.

RESOLVED: That no objection be raised to the application.
