            6.     With the exception of the evening events permitted within Condition 4 of this permission, there shall be no use of the Clubhouse building outside of the following hours:-

Minutes:

The Contracts Director and Acting Head of Highways submitted a report advising Members of an application made to the Secretary of State for Transport under S247 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 to stop up two areas of highway in Timperley, in order to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission 83734/FULL/2014.

 

            RESOLVED:  That no objection be raised to the application.
