Minutes: The Head of Regulatory Services submitted a report informing Members of an application for the grant of a premises licence for Bureau Bar, 124-125 Chester Road, Stretford, M32 9BH which had attracted representations from Trading Standards, Greater Manchester Police, Pollution Control, a Ward Councillor and local residents against the grant of a licence.
Representations were made in support of the application by Mr. A. Haworth, Haworth & Lees Solicitors Limited and Mr. O. Seale, the Premises Supervisor.
RESOLVED –
(1) That the application by Mr. Haworth of Haworth & Lees Solicitors Ltd on behalf of The Bureau Bar Limited for a grant of a premises licence for Bureau Bar be granted subject to compliance with the conditions outlined in the decision notice.
(2) That the issue of the Licence be delegated to the Head of Regulatory Services.
