The Head of Regulatory Services submitted a report informing Members of an application for the grant of a full variation of the premises licence for Silver Blades Ice Rink, Station Site, Oakfield Road/Moss Lane, Altrincham, WA14 1BA which had attracted a representation from a local resident against the variation of a licence.

 

All parties present at the hearing were invited to address the Sub-Committee.

 

Representations were made in support of the application by Mr. V. Neil on behalf of Silver Blades Ice Rink Company (Altrincham) Limited and Mr. B. Arjomamd, Event Organiser.  Representations were made against the application by The Honourable S. E. Walmsley.

 

RESOLVED –

 

(1)          That the application by Mr. V. Neil on behalf of Silver Blades ice Rink Company (Altrincham) Limited for a variation of the premises licence for Silver Blades Ice Rink be granted subject to compliance with the conditions outlined in the decision notice.

 

(2)          That the issue of the Licence be delegated to the Head of Regulatory Services.
