To consider a report of the Head of Regulatory Services.

The Head of Regulatory Services submitted a report informing Members of an objection from Environmental Health to a Temporary Event Notice for GVE Limited, Ashburton House, Trafford Park Road, Trafford Park, M17 1BN.

All parties present at the hearing were invited to address the Sub-Committee.

Representations were made against the objection by Mr. S. Oliver, the Applicant and in support of the objection by Mrs. N. Duckworth, Environmental Health.

RESOLVED:-

(1)             That the meeting be adjourned to allow the applicant to provide evidence of his egress plan regarding shuttle buses/taxis to Environmental Health.

(2)             If the objection is resolved a further meeting will not be required.
