Minutes: The Head of Regulatory Services submitted a report informing Members of an application for the grant of a new premises licence for The Pavilion, 25 Cecil Road, Hale, Altrincham, WA15 9NT which had attracted representations from local residents. All parties present at the hearing were invited to address the Sub-Committee.
Representations were made in support of the application by Mr. Banks and Mr Elliot and against the application by a local resident Mr. Kilshaw.
RESOLVED –
1) That the application by The Pavilion Hale Ltd for the grant of a new premises licence for The Pavilion, 25 Cecil Road, Hale, Altrincham be granted subject to compliance with the conditions outlined in the decision notice.
2) That the issue of the Licence be delegated to the Head of Regulatory Services.

LICENSING SUB-COMMITTEE DECISION
The Sub-Committee decided that the representations received from local residents were valid representations as they related to public nuisance, public safety, the prevention of crime and disorder and the protection of children from harm.
To grant a new premises licence as follows:-
Live Music - Indoors Monday – Sunday 12:00 – 23:00
Recorded Music - Indoors Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 23:00
Anything Similar to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performances of Dance - Indoors Monday – Friday 08:00 – 23:00 Saturday – Sunday 09:00 – 23:00
Alcohol - On & Off Monday – Sunday 12:00 – 23:00
Opening Hours Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 23:00
CONDITIONS
Any mandatory conditions which must be included under the Licensing Act 2003
The Prevention of Crime & Disorder CCTV The premises will be fitted with CCTV Cameras. Please see the attached plan of where they will be located.
The CCTV will cover all public areas including all entrances and exits.
The system will record images showing the identification of the individuals.
The CCTV system is able to capture a minimum of 24 frames per second and all recorded footage will be held for a minimum of 28 days.
The CCTV will be operational 24hrs a day and cover all licensable activities.
The CCTV will have accurate time and date.
The CCTV will be password protected.
