To receive an update on applications where all parties have reached agreement and to decide, in each case, whether to agree that a hearing is not necessary and determine to grant the licence and attach the agreed conditions OR agree that a hearing will be necessary with all the parties present. Minutes: A report was submitted inviting Members to consider a representation from Trafford Council Regulatory Services (Pollution, Housing & Licensing) recommending the attachment of conditions to the certificate which has been agreed by the applicant.
RESOLVED-
(1) That the application for a variation to the Club Premises Certificate be granted subject to compliance with the conditions outlined in the decision notice below.
(2) That the issue of the License be delegated to the head of Regulatory Services.

LICENSING SUB-COMMITTEE DECISION
The Licensing Sub-Committee agreed that a hearing is not necessary.
The variation to the Club Premises Certificate is granted subject to the following agreed conditions:-
1. Use of the pitch and field outdoor area for the consumption of alcohol (as outlined on the plan attached) shall be restricted to match events only and will cease at 19:30 hours. (NB This does not permit the playing of amplified music / voices, live music or recorded music to outdoors, at any time)
2. Use of the patio area outside the clubhouse (marked yellow on plan attached) will be deemed as part of the ON premises licence and treated as a beer garden in accordance with Annexe 3 Condition 5 of the existing club certificate with a curfew of 21:00 hours or dusk whichever is sooner.
3. Noise from music and associated sources (including DJ’s and amplified voices) from within the premises must not be audible to such an extent that it constitutes a nuisance at any noise sensitive properties.
4. The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise emanating from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause disturbance to local residents.

The conditions proposed by the Pollution, Housing & Licensing Section are agreed by the applicant.
