To consider a report of the Head of Public Protection.

The Head of Public Protection submitted a report informing Members of an application received from Adam Geoffrey Management Limited for the grant of a restricted premises licence, which had attracted representations from Local Residents.

All parties present at the hearing were invited to address the Sub-Committee.

Representations were made in support of the application by Mr S. Reynolds of Licensing Legal Solicitors, Mr. J. Draper, Victoria Warehouse.  Representations were made against the application by local residents Ms. E Madge and Dr. C Corless.

                          RESOLVED –

(1)          That the application by Adam Geoffrey Management Limited for a restricted Premises Licence be granted, subject to compliance with the conditions outlined in the decision notice, as appended to these minutes at Appendix A.          

(2)       That the issue of the Restricted Licence be delegated to the Head of Public Protection.
