The Head of Public Protection submitted a report informing Members of an application received from Rontec Watford Limited for the grant of a Variation of Premises Licence for Crossings Service Station, 16 Stockport Road, Altrincham which had attracted representations from a local resident.

RESOLVED: That the Applicant’s request for an adjournment of the hearing to 29April 2014, be granted for the reason outlined in the decision notice below.
