MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMITTEE

To note that Councillor Jerrome has replaced Councillor Welton on the Planning and Development Management Committee with effect from 25th July, 2023.

              RESOLVED: That the replacement of Councillor Welton with Councillor Jerrome be noted.

Councillor O’Brien declared a Personal and Prejudicial Interest in Application 111079/HHA/23 (62 Green Drive, Timperley), as the Applicant was a fellow Ward Councillor and friend; he confirmed that he would be leaving the room during consideration of this item.

 

Councillor Winstanley declared a Personal and Prejudicial Interest in Application 108068/VAR/22 (60 Woodsend Road, Flixton), due to his involvement in casework on the site and confirmed that he would be leaving the room during consideration of this item.
