Effective from: 10/12/2018

Decision:

1. That authorisation be given to make the Experimental Traffic Order as detailed in schedules 1 & 2 to the report and drawings E9016-01 & E9016-02; that a notice of making the Order be published and that the provisions of the Order be implemented. That if no objections are maintained during the 6-month objection period, the Order be made permanent.

 

2. That any objections to the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order received during the 6-month period of objection be reported back for consideration.

 

3. That authorisation be given to make the Experimental One Way Traffic Order as detailed in schedule 4 to the report and drawing E9016-01; that a notice of making the Order be published and that the provisions of the Order be implemented. That if no objections are maintained during the 6-month period of objection, the Order be made permanent.

 

4. That any objections to the Experimental One-Way Traffic Order received during the 6-month period of objection be reported back for consideration.

 

5. That authorisation be given to make the Experimental Pedestrian Zone/Prohibition of Driving Order as detailed in schedule 5(1) to the report and drawing E9016-01; that a notice of making the Order be published and that the provisions of the Order be implemented. That if no objections are maintained during the 6-month period of objection, the Order be made permanent.

 

6. That any objections to the Experimental Pedestrian Zone/Prohibition of Driving Order received during the 6-month period of objection be reported back for consideration.

 

7. That authorisation be given to make the Experimental Pedestrian Zone/Prohibition of Driving Order as detailed in schedule 5(2) to the report and drawing E9016-01; that a notice of making the Order be published and that the provisions of the Order be implemented. That if no objections are maintained during the 6-month period of objection, the Order be made permanent.

04/12/2018 - Application for an Order Modifying the Definitive Rights of Way Map and Statement, to Add a Claimed Public Footpath in Timperley from Timperley Metro Station to Southern End of Footpath No 19, Sale on Canal Offside Ref DMMO 104 ref: 761    Recommendations Approved

Decision:

1. That the Corporate Director of Governance and Community Strategy be authorised to make and advertise a Modification Order under section 53(2)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to modify the Definitive Map and Statement by adding a public footpath running along the eastern side of the Bridgewater Canal from a gate at the rear of Timperley Metro station’s western platform to the southern end of footpath no 19, Sale.

 

2. That the Modification Order includes in the schedules a limitation on user of footpath as detailed in appendices 7.1 and 7.2 to the report.

 

3. That if objections received are maintained or modifications to the Order are required, authorisation be given to the Corporate Director of Governance and Community Strategy to determine on behalf of the Council whether to submit the Order to the Secretary of State for confirmation.

 

4. That, if the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for confirmation, that authorisation be given to the Corporate Director of Governance and Community Strategy to determine on behalf of the Council whether to recommend to the Secretary of State that the objections should be dealt with by written representation procedure or at a public local inquiry.

Decision:

1. That approval be given to the proposal to grant a lease as detailed in the report.

 

2. That approval be given to the proposal to grant a Tenancy at Will as detailed in the report.

 

3. That approval be given to the asset transfer proposal as detailed in the report. 

 

4. That authority be delegated to the Corporate Director of Place and the Corporate Director of Governance and Community Strategy to agree the terms for the grant of the Tenancy at Will and the lease.

 

5. That, for the reasons set out in the report, this decision be deemed to be urgent, and not subject to call-in.
