1. That the 2019/20 to 2021/22 proposed budget strategy, draft revenue budget and MTFS including the income and savings proposals be approved for the purposes of consultation only (where necessary) and that these proposals will also be referred to the Scrutiny Committee for their consideration.

2. That the proposal be noted to increase Council Tax by 3.99% in 2019/20 (comprising 1% adult social care precept and 2.99% general increase) and by 2.99% for 2020/21 and 2021/22.

3. That the remaining budget gap for the years 2019/20 to 2021/22 be noted.

4. That it be noted that the draft proposals are subject to various consultation exercises, analysis and impact assessments, movements in core funding, specific grants, costing and robustness assessments.

5. That the Asset Investment Strategy included at Annex F to the report be approved and adopted.

6. That these decisions be deemed urgent for the reasons set out in the report, and thus not subject to call-in.

1. That the £15k payment towards improvements at Moor Nook Park, Sale Moor be accepted.

2. That Legal Services be authorised to proceed and seal the supplemental undertaking.

To seek approval to remove a disabled parking space on North Lonsdale Street, Gorse Hill, Stretford.

1.     That the removal of a disabled persons’ permit C parking bay outside 29 North Lonsdale Street, Gorse Hill, Stretford be approved.

2.     That authorisation be given to advertise the intention of making the Traffic Regulation Order referred to in the schedule to this report and, if no objections are maintained, that the Order be made, in whole or in part, and the proposal implemented.

To consider the objection received and to seek approval to introduce a new disabled residents’ permit parking space on Elton Street, Stretford. Also, to seek approval to advertise the intention to introduce a second disabled residents’ permit parking space on Elton Street, Stretford.

1.     That the introduction of a disabled residents’ permit parking space on Elton Street, Stretford be approved.

2.     That, following careful consideration of the objection received, authorisation be given to make and introduce the Traffic Regulation Order, as advertised.

3.     That the objector be notified of the Council’s decision.

4.     That the introduction of a second disabled residents’ permit parking space on Elton Street, Stretford be approved.

5.     That authorisation be given to advertise the intention of making the Traffic Regulation Order referred to in schedule 3 to this report and, if no objections are maintained, that the Order be made and the proposal implemented.

6.     That a consultation be carried out with nearby residents.
