Kerb lowering is commonly requested when property owners wish to use the front of their property to park cars, with limited parking available in most residential areas this has become increasingly popular. The council only allow property owners to use their services for this and it could be illegal if other companies carried out this work. The pricing for this service continues to rise but with no explanation as to why? Quotes can be in excess of £1000 in the trafford borough which is simply not affordable for the average home owner.

We need to stand up in unity against this ridiculous pricing structure, and ensure the council are not simply finding ways to make money off already hard working tax paying citizens.

They should give clear pricing structures before a quote which costs £40 is carried out and we need to hold them accountable for their actions.
