S.75 Improved Better Care Fund Agreement 2017-8 Between Trafford Clinical Commissioning Group and Trafford Council
DEFERRED: This decision will not now be taken at the September Executive Meeting.
The Executive previously agreed a s.75 between the CCG and the Council in October 2015 as required by national guidance. A revised s.75 for 2017-8 which reflects the changes through the improved Better Care Fund and a revised governance structure will be presented for approval. The report will request:
- Approval of the s.75 partnership agreement between Trafford CCG and the Council for the improved Better Care Fund 2017 -18 and formalisation of the funding for 2016- 17.
- Agreement that the Trafford Clinical Commissioning Group will host the s.75 agreement.
3. That authority be delegated to the Director of Legal and Democratic Services to complete the Agreements on behalf of the Council
