The report will provide an update on the preparation, design and Funding of the Carrington Relief Road and explain how it supports regeneration and is part of a wider package of improvements. The Report also seeks approval in principle to initiate Compulsory Purchase proceedings along the route alignment, should this prove necessary – alongside likely timescales and key risks.
