To seek Executive approval to note the proposal and projects submitted to the Shared Prosperity Fund and seek delegated authority for the Director of Place to make minor changes to the schemes in consultation with the Member for Economy and Regeneration.  In addition, the report will seek delegated authority for the Corporate Director of Place to deliver the schemes, including engaging external resources, commissioning surveys, investigations and any other works required to deliver the projects including entering into any legal or grant agreements required in consultation with the Director of Finance and Systems and the Director of Legal and Governance.
