Notice of Intention to Take Key Decision without 28-Day Notice
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 10 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that it was impracticable to give 28 days’ notice of the taking of the following decision, which is a Key Decision to be taken by the Executive on 22nd February 2017:
· Procurement of Water Supplier.
The requisite notice of this decision was initially given. However, the bringing forward of the meeting now means that this notice has amounted to less than the prescribed period. It is necessary to take this decision on 22.2.17 in order to avoid undue delay which would result from deferring it to the next scheduled meeting.
The Chairman of the Scrutiny Committee has been advised of this issue in accordance with Regulation 10.
