Notice of Intention to take Urgent Delegated Key Decision
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that the following decision, which is a Key Decision to be taken under delegated authority by the Leader of the Council on or after 30/5/18, is a case of Special Urgency as defined by Regulation 11:
· Children Families and Wellbeing All Age Travel Assistance Policy 2018-19
In accordance with Regulation 11, the Chairman of the Scrutiny Committee has been advised of this issue, and has agreed that the making of the decision is urgent and cannot reasonably be deferred, for the following reason:
There is a statutory requirement for the policy to be in place by June 1st 2018.
