EXECUTIVE KEY DECISION – EXECUTIVE MEETING 25TH FEBRUARY 2019
The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012
Notice of Intention to Take Key Decision without 28-Day Notice
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 10 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that it was impracticable to give 28 days’ notice of the taking of the following decision, which is a Key Decision to be taken by the Executive at its meeting on 25th February 2019:
· Trafford Integrated Youth Offer – Post-consultation decisions on service re-design to create an integrated youth offer for Trafford.
The reason for which it has been impracticable to give 28 days’ notice of this decision is as follows: The nature of the report has changed from the one previously presented (November 2018) and it was unclear if the new decision for February 2019 had moved from not a key decision to a key decision. Following a review of the paperwork done to date, and taking account of the most recent legal advice received, it was decided the new paper for February 2019 should in fact be notified as a Key Decision.
The Chair of the Scrutiny Committee has been advised of this issue in accordance with Regulation 10.
