Notice of Key Decision To Be Taken Without 28-Day Notice
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 10 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that the timing of the Grant Award Letter rendered it impracticable to give 28 days’ notice of the taking of the following decision, which is a Key Decision to be taken under delegated authority by the Executive Member for Housing and Regeneration on or after 25th May 2022:
Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme 3 (PSDS3) - GMCA Grant Award
The Chair of the Scrutiny Committee has been advised of this issue in accordance with Regulation 10.
