GRANT OF A VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENSE RINGWAY SERVICES, 155 STOCKPORT ROAD, TIMPERLEY WA15 7LT Minutes: The Head of Regulatory Services submitted a report advising Members of an application for the Grant of a variation to premises licence for Ringway Services, 155 Stockport Road, Timperley, Cheshire, which has attracted a representation from a local resident.
Representations were made to the Committee by Mr. Mitchener on behalf of the applicant and by Mr. Jussab on behalf of the local resident.
RESOLVED –
(1) That the application by Motor Fuel Group Limited for Ringway Services, 155 Stockport Road, Timperley, be granted, subject to compliance with the conditions outlined in the decision notice below.
(2) That the issue of the License be delegated to the Head of Regulatory Services.
