Schedule 3 of The School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013, requires that anydetermination must be made within the period of two months of the end of the representation period; 6^th August 2020.  Therefore the decision must be made by 1^st October 2020.

To seek approval to introduce a disabled residents’ permit parking space on Harcourt Street, Gorse Hill, Stretford, following a request from a resident.

1.     That the introduction of a disabled residents’ permit parking space on Harcourt Street, Gorse Hill, Stretford be approved.

2.     That authorisation be given to advertise the intention of making the Traffic Regulation Order referred to in the schedule to the report and, if no objections are maintained, that the Order be made, in whole or in part, and the proposal implemented.

3.     That a consultation be carried out with nearby residents.

2. That authority be delegated to the Corporate Director of Governance and Community Strategy, in consultation with the Corporate Director for Place, to complete an agreement pursuant to section 8 Highways Act 1980  with Manchester City Council.

1. That approval be given for Trafford Council to grant a licence to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for a site on Moss View Road School Site, Partington, on the Heads of Terms as attached to this report.

2. That the Corporate Director for Place be authorised to agree any minor amendments that may be required to be made to the heads of terms in order to facilitate the grant of a licence.

3. That the Corporate Director of Governance and Community Strategy be authorised to enter into any legal documents required to facilitate the appropriate transactions.

4. That this report be considered as 'urgent business' and the decision exempted from the call-in process, for the reasons set out in the report.

1. That the results of the consultation and objections received be noted.

2. That, following careful consideration of the objections and comments received, authorisation be given to make and implement the Traffic Regulation Order with minor modifications, as shown on drawing number E9003-02 Rev A, and in the schedule contained within the report.

3. That the objectors be informed of the decision made.

1.          That authorisation be given to advertise the intention to introduce the Traffic Regulation Order, as detailed in the schedules to the report and that, if no objections are maintained, the order be made and implemented in whole or in part, as soon as is practicable.

2.          That any objections maintained be reported back for consideration.
