That the proposal to expand Blessed Thomas Holford Catholic College be approved.

 

Schedule 3 of The School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013, requires that anydetermination must be made within the period of two months of the end of the representation period; 6th August 2020.  Therefore the decision must be made by 1st October 2020.

2.     That authorisation be given to advertise the intention of making the Traffic Regulation Order referred to in the schedule to the report and, if no objections are maintained, that the Order be made, in whole or in part, and the proposal implemented.

 

3.     That a consultation be carried out with nearby residents.

3. That it be noted that associated Traffic Regulation Orders are to be progressed pursuant to the usual TMU process for introduction of Traffic Regulation Orders to support the scheme.

1. That approval be given for Trafford Council to grant a licence to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for a site on Moss View Road School Site, Partington, on the Heads of Terms as attached to this report.

 

2. That the Corporate Director for Place be authorised to agree any minor amendments that may be required to be made to the heads of terms in order to facilitate the grant of a licence.

 

3. That the Corporate Director of Governance and Community Strategy be authorised to enter into any legal documents required to facilitate the appropriate transactions.

 

4. That this report be considered as 'urgent business' and the decision exempted from the call-in process, for the reasons set out in the report.
