1. That the results of the consultation and objections received, be noted.
2. That, after careful consideration of the objections received, in respect of proposals detailed at Schedules 1 and 2 to the report, the order be made and implemented in part in respect only of the proposals detailed in schedules 1 and 2 to the report.
3. That the remaining part of the advertised proposals for Thorley Lane car park be the subject of a further report following the carrying out of a traffic survey.
4. That the 2020 Notice and proposals be formally withdrawn and the objector be notified accordingly.
5. That the objectors to the proposals be notified, in writing, of the Council’s decision.
